Substitute Hot Lunch
Rate of Pay:  Kitchen Helper $11.00 per hour   
                  Hot Lunch Truck Driver $13.56 per hour

A completed application must include:
  1. Completed district application. Click here for application.
  2. Three (3) letters of recommendation, preferably from previous employers.
  3. Verification of a TB test (Tuberculosis).
  4. Fingerprinting - This district requires all Substitiutes to be background checked.  Fingerprinting is done by appointment only.  Please call Jessica at 892-6550, ext. 421 to schedule appointment.  Cost is $27.25, payable by cash or check only, at the time of service.
  5. An application may be submitted in person, by mail, or by fax.
  6. Applications and supporting materials will not be returned.
