How to Apply for Substitute Positions

 We are currently accepting applications for substitutes in all areas listed in the left hand box.  To apply, click on the position of interest listed on the left and follow the application instructions.

Applications are in the Acrobat file format.  You can complete the applications electronically if you have the free Acrobat Reader version 8.  Applications can be completed online, saved in a file to your personal computer, or printed off and completed by hand.  Please note, the "Authorization to Release Information" will need to be completed by hand in front of a notary. 

If completing an application electronically, all information that can be filled out in the Acrobat Reader is enclosed by a black border.  Once you've completed those portions, you can print off the application.
