HS Assistant Volleyball Coach - Stipend = $3,747.84 per school year.
HS Freshman Volleyball Coach - Stipend = $3,123.20
Assistant Wrestling Coach - Stipend = $3,747.84 per school year.

Applications are in the Acrobat file format.  You can complete the applications electronically if you have the free Acrobat Reader version 8 or higher.  Applications can be completed online, saved in a file to your personal computer, or printed off and completed by hand.  Please note, the "Authorization to Release Information" will need to be completed by hand in front of a notary.  

If completing an application electronically, all information that can be filled out in the Acrobat Reader is enclosed by a black border.  Once you've completed those portions, you can print off the application.
