Pastor Darrell Newby
Pastor Darrell Newby was elected to the Board of Trustees in May 2008. He is currently working as a Health Care Chaplain in the Flathead Valley. He is busy ministering at both Valley hospitals, nine senior living facilities and to many shut-ins in their homes.
Darrell and his family moved to the Valley in November of 1977 from Malta, MT. He and his wife, Vivian, are the parents of two children, both Columbia Falls graduates, and have two grandsons.
Darrell attended grade school in Malta and Columbia Falls and graduated from Anaconda High School. He attended and graduated from Hub City Bible Institute (now called Trinity) in South Dakota. Darrell was the pastor of the Assembly of God church in Columbia Falls for 30 years and also served as the president of the Ministerial Association for many years. He is also the Head Usher of the Family Bible Camp in Hungry Horse.
